IRVINE, Calif. — Prudential Overall Supply, a provider of reusable image work apparel and related textiles, reports that its 2023 customer satisfaction index (CSI) score was 4.49 (up from 4.46 from the previous year) on a 5-point scale.
The score is measured through the company’s customer visitation (CV) process. The CV occurs with direct meetings with each reviewed customer.
The CV rates each customer service touchpoint.
“The CV process is our way to better connect to our customers’ requirements, and to verify that we are delivering the customer service experience that we have promised,” says Dan Clark, chairman of the board.
“I personally spend a third of the year conducting CVs with our management team. It is the most enjoyable part of my year, and it is the time I learn the most about our business.”
Prudential says it conducted 10,784 customer visitations to arrive at the score, adding that it remains committed to improving this rating in 2024.
