TCATA Conference Registration Open

Educational, management event to take place June 4-7 in Scottsdale, Arizona

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — Registration for the Textile Care Allied Trade Association’s (TCATA) 2023 Annual Educational & Management Conference is now open, reports Conference Chair Rusty Smith of Forenta USA.

The event will take place June 4-7 at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year’s theme is RENEW & RECONNECT.

“From golf to swimming, from sightseeing to shopping, the Phoenician Resort and Scottsdale are certain to have something for everyone to enjoy,” adds Smith.

“Best of all, you’ll get the priceless benefit of networking and fellowshipping with your industry colleagues. See you in Scottsdale!”

TCATA says the Sunday-Wednesday pattern introduced last year will continue, and new this year is a reduced early-bird registration fee.

The registration rate is $675 for the first attendee and $625 for additional attendees from the same company. Spouse registration is $300. Rates increase after April 30. Also new this year, attendees can register and pay online.

Business Committee Chair Matt Lamons of Loomis Brothers Equipment says the business program includes two dynamic speakers and a special session.

The keynote speaker will be Gene Marks, president of The Marks Group, who presented at TCATA’s 2018 Conference in Puerto Rico and is a regular contributor on Fox News.

He will help attendees understand the current political, economic and technological trends that will impact companies in 2023 to help make profitable business decisions.

Also presenting is Scott Otto, CEO and founder of Organizational Change Advisors. He will discuss how to navigate change in an ever-changing world.

Otto became passionate about the connection between people, performance and business results from his days on Wall Street and his journey through Main Street.

A new networking-style breakout session, "Developing a Business Growth Strategy: An Executive Idea Exchange" will be moderated by Bill Odorizzi, former vice president of marketing for Sankosha USA and a past TCATA president.

He will guide the group with thought-provoking questions to encourage discussion with like-minded professionals to address topics in the industry.

TCATA says it has secured an excellent room rate at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort in Scottsdale. Reservations can be made here.
