ATLANTA — NOVO Health Services, a healthcare linen provider based here, reports it has acquired Madison United Healthcare Linen (MUHL), a cooperative serving hospitals and clinics across Wisconsin.
“This is a significant milestone for NOVO Health as we continue to grow our presence in the Midwest,” says CEO Karl Fillip II.
“MUHL has built trusted relationships with leading healthcare providers in Wisconsin, and together we can deliver even greater value with our proven systems and commitment to infection prevention and patient safety.”
Founded as a cooperative, MUHL has earned a strong reputation for service reliability and quality within Wisconsin’s healthcare community, NOVO Health says.
The acquisition positions it to expand services in one of the country’s most respected healthcare markets, while leveraging MUHL’s existing infrastructure for seamless integration, according to the company.
“Healthcare linen plays a critical role in infection prevention and operational efficiency,” adds Fillip. “By joining forces, we will support Wisconsin’s healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and consistency.”
