PACOIMA, Calif. — A1 American, a provider of textile products based here, reports it has acquired PetrA-1 and the Promo Car Care division of Petra Hygienic Systems.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

PetrA-1 supplies towels plus shower and other locker room amenities to the fitness industry. Promo Car Care provides wipes, cleaning towels, and other accessories and promotional products to the car wash industry.
A1 American says the acquisition enhances its product portfolio, bolsters its presence across diverse industries, and provides customers with an expanded range of high-quality, innovative solutions.
