LAS VEGAS — PureStar, a hospitality laundry services provider headquartered here, reports it has acquired certain assets of Radiant Services Corp., a hospitality-focused laundry and dry-cleaning provider.
“This transaction marks a significant strategic expansion for PureStar as we continue to execute on our acquisition strategy,” says Brian Herington, CEO of PureStar.
“We plan to continue establishing our presence in new geographies to serve existing and new hospitality customers that can benefit from our efficient business model and industry-leading linen management and laundry services.”
The company shares that Radiant Services Corp. has operated its 73,000-square-foot facility in Gardena, California, since 1981, building a reputation as a one-stop linen services provider for luxury and premium hotel customers.
“We look forward to working with the Radiant team to continue providing an exceptional customer experience and investing in additional capacity for future growth,” adds Herington.
With the addition of Radiant, PureStar expands its geographic footprint into new markets, including key California cities such as Los Angeles, San Diego and Palm Springs.
As the largest U.S. hospitality laundry provider, PureStar’s portfolio now includes 36 full-service plants spanning major markets in the United States; Cancun, Mexico; and Nassau, Bahamas, the company says.
PureStar is backed by private equity firm Cornell Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
