MUSCATINE, Iowa — Phelps, an industrial laundry and uniform solutions provider based here, reports it has acquired A&M Services, a Spencer, Iowa-based textile rental company.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“This acquisition allows us to continue A&M’s long-standing tradition of reliable, customer-first service while expanding our footprint further into Iowa and into parts of South Dakota, Minnesota and Nebraska,” Phelps says.
The company says all current A&M employees will remain on the team, ensuring customers continue to work with the same contacts.
Ryan Kasperbauer, who carried on his family’s legacy at A&M, will now serve as Spencer’s branch manager.
