TRENTON, Ga. — Tritex Services, a provider of uniforms, facility services, mats, towels, aprons, and healthcare linen since 1989, located here, reports it has acquired Jackson Mat and Towel of Calhoun, Georgia.
Terms of the acquisition, finalized in late February, were not disclosed.
Tritex Services, owned and operated by Jeff and Anita Forester, says the strategic acquisition marks an exciting step forward. The company has served businesses across Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama for more than three decades with a commitment to quality and customer service,
Jackson Mat and Towel, owned by Alan and Donna Jackson, has operated since 2005. The company has built a solid reputation providing facility services, mats and towels to businesses from Ringgold, Georgia, to the northern metro Atlanta area.
Jackson Mat and Towel has served its customers with care and dedication, and Tritex says it is honored to carry that legacy forward while expanding the range of products and services available to its valued customers.
This acquisition enables Tritex to strengthen its presence in Northwest Georgia and extend its footprint further south, enhancing service coverage between Chattanooga and Atlanta. Existing Jackson Mat and Towel customers will benefit from Tritex's broader product offerings and expanded customer service capabilities, the company says.
