UniFirst received its Sales and Customer Service category recognition at the 2025 Stevie Awards, celebrating excellence and innovation in organizations worldwide.
This award highlights the exceptional impact of UniFirst Go Careers, an initiative launched in partnership with Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) in Kentucky, to support UniFirst team partners in advancing their career and educational goals.
Designed to eliminate barriers like financial constraints and scheduling challenges, the hybrid learning program with OCTC has already transformed the lives of numerous participants, equipping them with new skills and providing pathways for leadership opportunities, the company says.
UniFirst Go Careers directly enhances the quality of service customers receive by empowering team partners with advanced skills and knowledge. They are better equipped to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and personalized solutions, the company says, ensuring every customer experience reflects UniFirst’s commitment to excellence.
Since its launch, UniFirst Go Careers has celebrated significant milestones, including multiple team partners graduating with associate degrees and advancing into leadership roles within the company. Graduates consistently cite the program’s unique blend of workplace flexibility, financial support, and skill development as key contributors to their success.
