ImageFIRST Launches ServiceSTARS Contest

10 hospitality professionals to be recognized for representing best in guest experience

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — Laundry and linen service provider ImageFIRST® reports it has launched its inaugural ServiceSTARS Contest, in which company associates recognize exceptional hospitality professionals who go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience.

The company says ServiceSTARS celebrates individuals who align closely with ImageFIRST’s Values: Be Safe, Be Honest, Be Respectful and Be Remarkable.

ImageFIRST’s Hospitality Division offers specialized programs and services in select markets, including Arkansas; Colorado; Cortland, New York; Kansas; Maine; Massachusetts; Missouri; New Hampshire; Las Vegas; and Washington.

Across these regions, ImageFIRST’s Service Team and Customer Advocates are nominating Service Stars, allowing them to recognize more than 100 nominees.

Ten finalists will be selected nationally from the nominations and advance to an online voting stage. The top four Stars with the most votes will receive prizes totaling $8,250 for representing the best in service excellence.

“ServiceSTARS embodies our Service Vision of creating positive experiences for our customers and their guests,” says ImageFIRST Hospitality President Doug Harris. “By honoring those who consistently exceed expectations and reflect the core Values we uphold at ImageFIRST, we highlight the true spirit of hospitality and reinforce our commitment to service excellence.

“We believe in celebrating those who go the extra mile to make a positive impact, and ServiceSTARS is our way of acknowledging their remarkable contributions.”

ImageFIRST says its Customer Advocates connect with customers weekly. They witness the efforts of hospitality professionals firsthand as they dedicate themselves to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Nationwide voting will open on Sept. 16 and remain open until 11:59 p.m. Eastern on Oct. 4. Winners will be announced on Oct. 15. The top four finalists with the most votes will be awarded prizes totaling $8,250.
