ImageFIRST Expands into Manhattan with Sales Office

State-of-the-art location to enhance NYC service, support, says director of sales

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — ImageFIRST®, a national provider of healthcare linen and laundry services, recently opened a sales office in the heart of Manhattan, New York.

The company says the expansion, located at 805 Third Ave., strengthens its commitment to delivering superior service and solutions to healthcare providers throughout New York City.

The state-of-the-art sales office is designed to support the company’s continued growth, equipping its sales team with the necessary resources to drive success.

With routes throughout New York City, two territory business managers (TBMs) onboarded and a third actively being recruited, ImageFIRST says it is strategically expanding its footprint to meet increasing demand in the region.

“Opening our Manhattan office is a pivotal step in ImageFIRST’s growth,” says ImageFIRST Director of Sales Joseph Healy. “By establishing a presence in Manhattan, we’re able to better serve our customers and enhance our ability to support healthcare facilities with industry-leading linen and laundry programs.”

Since joining ImageFIRST in 2019, Healy has driven the New York market’s growth and success across service, operations and sales, the company says.

Committed to making a difference beyond business, he and his team uphold ImageFIRST’s Purpose—to positively impact the lives of associates, customers and the community—through partnerships with Feeding Westchester, Ronald McDonald House and other organizations, the company adds.

Their initiatives include assembling school lunches for underprivileged children and donating bed linens and facility service items to provide comfort and care for families facing challenging times.

As part of its long-term vision, ImageFIRST is focused on expanding existing service routes and adding more routes throughout the year to accommodate increasing demand from healthcare facilities in Manhattan and beyond.
