KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — ImageFIRST®, a national provider of healthcare linen and laundry services, celebrated the grand opening and dedication of its new state-of-the-art facility in Houston on Sept. 24.
This event marks ImageFIRST’s relocation to its larger facility in Stafford, Texas, formerly Imperial Linen Services, and expanding its commitment to serving the healthcare community in the Houston market.
The location is the 37th ImageFIRST processing plant in the United States.
The dedication ceremony was led by ImageFIRST CEO Edward H. Orzetti, alongside Houston General Manager Dario Becerra and the Houston service team.
More than 70 guests, including valued customers and community members, were in attendance.
Visitors had the opportunity to tour the 55,000-square-foot facility, where they explored the advanced technologies and processes that enable ImageFIRST to deliver exceptional service to healthcare providers. Equipped with cutting-edge systems, the new facility is designed to meet the evolving needs of Houston’s healthcare market, offering enhanced support to local medical facilities.
In line with ImageFIRST’s purpose to positively impact the communities they serve, the company pledged to donate $100 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Houston for everyone who attended the dedication. The strong turnout enabled ImageFIRST to make a substantial contribution, reinforcing their commitment to supporting healthcare and the local community.
“We are thrilled to officially open our Houston facility and welcome Imperial Linen healthcare customers and associates to the ImageFIRST team,” says Becerra.
“This new facility positions ImageFIRST to serve the Houston market on a larger scale, and we eagerly anticipate putting it to great use in support of our healthcare partners.”
