10. Alliance Laundry Releases Plan to Correct Tumble Dryer Issue, May 8
Alliance Laundry Systems, a provider of commercial laundry equipment, reported it deployed resources to correct an issue regarding its Series 6 tumble dryers.
The company’s service and support team had identified that many of the tumble dryers, produced from 2021 through April 14, 2025, had loose or improperly torqued bolts.

While European laundry operations have embraced the technology for many reasons, from controlling goods to reducing labor costs, RFID hasn’t been used as readily in the United States.

8. JENSEN North America Acquires G.A. Braun, Dec. 2
In November, JENSEN North America, a JENSEN-GROUP subsidiary, acquired Syracuse, N.Y.-based laundry equipment manufacturer G.A. Braun.
JENSEN-GROUP said the strategic move marked a significant milestone in its growth strategy, expanding its manufacturing footprint, product portfolio, and service network across North America.
The newly founded JENSEN Braun LLC acquired the assets of G.A. Braun.
7. Alsco Uniforms Acquires MacIntosh Services, Feb. 26
Alsco Uniforms, a provider of uniform and linen laundry services, grew its presence in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets with the acquisition of MacIntosh Services.
This strategic move included the purchase of MacIntosh’s Bethlehem location, which, along with the fleet, was rebranded as Alsco Uniforms. Through this acquisition, the company said it would showcase its high-quality products and laundry services to the industrial, healthcare and hospitality industries in a new market.
6. Vestis Delivers Third-Quarter Financial Report, Sept. 1
Vestis shared the results of its third-quarter financial performance, which ended June 27. Its third-quarter fiscal 2025 revenue totaled $673.8 million, down $24.4 million (or 3.5%) year over year.
The decline compared to the prior year reflects an $18.0 million decrease in rental revenue, a $5.6 million decline in direct sales revenue and a $0.8 million negative impact of foreign exchange on currency.
