1Concier Completes Strategic Business Reorganization

Initiative to enhance efficiency, strengthen customer support, accelerate inventory investment

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Linen solutions provider 1Concier, based here, reports it has successfully completed a strategic business reorganization.

The company says the initiative will increase operational efficiency, strengthen top-tier customer support, and accelerate growth across the hospitality, healthcare, and commercial laundry industries.

“This strategic reorganization is about becoming stronger and more efficient while placing a robust focus on each customer and their real-time needs,” says CEO Tony R. Smith. “By simplifying operations and reinvesting directly into inventory, we are committed to delivering faster, more reliable service.

“We will also continue to invest in technology — including AI (artificial intelligence) — to improve inventory access, management and ordering through our recently launched eCommerce platform.”

1Concier says the changes streamline internal processes, enable faster decision-making, and significantly increase its investment in inventory to better serve customers across North America, Mexico, and Latin America.

As part of the reorganization, the company has recognized and promoted several high-performing leaders whose roles are critical to operational efficiency and customer excellence. They include:

  • Theresa Thornberg, senior vice president, corporate accounts — With an extraordinary 25-year tenure, she will continue to lead strategic collaboration to support major hospitality companies with tailored solutions and service excellence.
  • Barbara Alberto, senior vice president, regional sales — With 18 years at 1Concier, her proven leadership will continue to inspire teams and drive results across the organization.
  • Vera Kolesnik, vice president, product development and marketing — She will now lead both departments to accelerate innovation and brand visibility, drawing on her deep expertise in brand and product lifecycle management.
  • Hector Sanchez, vice president, procurement and logistics — Previously senior director of inventory and procurement, his leadership will drive enhanced supply-chain reliability and increased inventory readiness central to this reorganization.
  • Melissa Miranda, director, inside sales and customer service — In her new role, she will lead the dedicated inside sales and customer service teams, reinforcing 1Concier’s commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
  • Angela Leonard, director of product development — In her new role, she will lead all product development and product innovation initiatives, guiding strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
