Recognized for commitment to building, upholding trust with its employee-partners, customers

CINCINNATI — Forbes recently recognized Cintas Corp. as one of America’s Most Trusted Companies for its consistent efforts in building and upholding trust.

The business services company ranked 96 out of 2,000 companies evaluated.

“At Cintas, honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of our culture,” says Todd Schneider, president and CEO of Cintas. “These values have enabled us to cultivate trust with our employee-partners, customers, shareholders and the communities in which we do business.

“We are honored to receive this recognition, which underscores our long-term commitment to upholding the highest standards for our constituents.”

Forbes, in partnership with research companies HundredX, Signal AI, and Glassdoor, created its first-ever ranking of the Most Trusted Companies in America by evaluating more than 2,000 large U.S. public companies across four categories: employee trust, customer trust, investor trust and media sentiment—fueled by hundreds of millions of data points.

Of those 2,000, the top 300 made the final list.

This recognition marks the fifth award Cintas received from Forbes in 2024, including:

  • 2025 Forbes Most Trusted Companies in America.
  • 2024 Forbes Global 2000.
  • 2024 Forbes Best Employers for New Grads.
  • 2024 Forbes Best Employers for Diversity.
