WILMINGTON, Mass. — UniFirst Corp. has declared regular quarterly cash dividends of $0.0375 per share on its common stock and $0.03 per share on its class B common stock.
Both dividends are payable Jan. 7, 2009, to shareholders of record on Dec. 10, 2008.
UniFirst is one of the largest providers of workplace uniforms and protective clothing in North America, employing more than 10,000 team partners, the company says. It operates 167 customer service centers, 14 nuclear decontamination facilities, five cleanroom operations, 13 first-aid locations, two distribution centers, and four manufacturing plants.
