TCATA Holds In-Person Board Meeting

New Board members introduced, educational conference set among meeting accomplishments

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — After 18 months, the Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA) reports that it held its first in-person Board meeting on November 7-8 at The Omni Barton Creek in Austin, Texas.

While the TCATA Board met with regularity via Zoom during the pandemic, the association says it was thrilled to gather in person at long last.

While in Austin, the Board held a reception with roundtable industry discussions and a full board meeting.

At that meeting, new board members Canessa Hericks of FabriClean Supply, Ty Acton of Tingue, Ben Henke of Intex Distributing and Kyle Zabrin of Equipment International were introduced.

In addition, a more member-friendly dues structure was adopted for 2022.

During the meeting, the Board voted to hold its 2022 Annual Management & Educational Conference at The Wild Dunes Resort by Hyatt in Isle of Palms, South Carolina on April 3-6, 2022.
