R.W. Martin & Sons Reveals New Logo

KENT, Ohio — R.W. Martin & Sons recently changed its corporate logo to reflect the company’s shift toward a more diversified business model that includes products and services that extend beyond traditional machinery distribution.
In addition to the new logo, R.W. Martin has introduced a new tag line: “Industrial machinery specialists.”
“Over the last decade, technology and market changes have affected the industries R.W. Martin services, so we’ve taken advantage through diversification, asset growth, and taking the long-term view,” says Shawn Martin, president. “Updating our corporate identity is another milestone as we enhance our leadership position within the ever-evolving, increasingly competitive industrial machinery services arena.”
“What makes this new corporate identity truly distinctive is that it reflects the strategically diversified company we have become, while at the same time respecting our past,” says Lani Bower, marketing coordinator for R.W. Martin. “The new logo represents the longevity, strength and stability of R.W. Martin’s nearly 40-year history, while introducing elements that convey prosperity and leadership.”
Diversa, an advertising and public relations firm in Kent, Ohio, designed the new corporate logo.
