R.W. Martin Co. Recognized for Workplace Safety

Award presented by Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation

KENT, Ohio — For the fourth consecutive year, R.W. Martin Co. has been recognized for its efforts to prevent workplace accidents and injuries by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, the company reports.

“With more than 57,000 accident-free hours over the last four years, we are very proud of our staff for their efforts and dedication to maintaining a safe workplace environment,” says Chip Ottman, president of R.W. Martin Co.

The award was presented at the Portage County Safety Council’s annual awards meeting on May 10 and recognizes the company’s perfect safety record for 2017.

R.W. Martin Company is a remanufacturer and provider of commercial laundry machinery and auxiliary plant support equipment for the textile care industry.
