IRVINE, Calif. — Prudential Cleanroom Services, a provider of cleanroom laundry service systems, reports that it has completed its certification audits for ISO 9001:2015 through TUV SUD America Inc.
Prudential has implemented a quality management system in accordance with: ISO 9001:2015. This certification applies to Prudential’s corporate headquarters and its national network of cleanroom laundry processing facilities located in Los Angeles and Milpitas, Calif; Mesa, Ariz.; Portland, Ore.; Nashua, N.H.; Austin, Texas; Richmond, Va.; and the central distribution center in Cerritos, Calif.
“This year’s audits added two industrial sites in Los Angeles and Irvine, Calif., that are in addition to the company’s Riverside, Calif., site to bring its service and production process under the ISO management system, says Dianne Knitter, director of quality assurance at Prudential. “We are working toward ISO certification for all industrial locations.”
Prudential says the scope of the quality management system includes providing cleanroom apparel and other contamination control products and laundering services for garments used in controlled environments and industrial apparel and other ancillary products for use in industrial applications. The scope of certification is applicable only to the cleanroom services division and selected industrial sites.
