LOVELAND, Ohio — WSI (Washing Systems) reports that former vice president of sales, Jim Watts, died Jan. 29. He was 75 years old.
An industry veteran, starting with P&G in 1975, followed by stints with Fabrilife and New Blends, Watts joined WSI in 1990.
Through the next 26 years until his retirement in 2016, the company says he played an integral role in WSI’s success.
A mentor to many employees still with WSI, Watt’s contributions have had a lasting impact on the company.
“Those that have worked with Jim, or those that have simply met Jim, were fortunate to experience Jim’s caring and fun-loving personality,” the company says. “A consummate professional who never lost sight of ‘doing the right thing’ for customers and associates alike, Jim led by his actions.”
Watts is survived by his wife, Pam; his daughter, C. Michelle Folden; two grandchildren, Clarke David Folden and Mack Folden; and sister Martha Watts Cranford.
