LAVATEC Reaches Equipment Agreement with Oregon Laundry

Southern Oregon Linen Service purchases new tunnel washer, more

BEACON FALLS, Conn. —  Laundry equipment manufacturer LAVATEC reports it has reached an agreement with Southern Oregon Linen Service of White City, Oregon, to manufacture new equipment for the provider of cooperative laundry services for several regional hospitals.

Southern Oregon Linen Service purchased a new LT60 continuous tunnel washing system with 14 compartments to go with an LP572 40-bar press, six TT-745 dryers with a capacity of 292 pounds each, and a shuttle system.

“For the last several years, we have built a solid relationship with the management team at Southern Oregon Linen Service,” says Jim Slatcher, LAVATEC’s Western regional sales manager. “When it came time to replace their existing tunnel system, they felt confident that LAVATEC could provide them with the best system to meet their current and future needs.

“They have provided a valuable service to the region and local communities for 25 years. I’m looking forward to delivering their equipment not only to serve their needs but to exceed their expectations.”
