ST. CHARLES, Ill. — Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), which provides healthcare laundry service through four companies and nine plants, reports that it has achieved Great Place to Work® certification.
The Great Place to Work® program gathers and evaluates employee feedback and recognizes companies that have built “high-trust, high-performance” company cultures.

According to the Great Place to Work® survey, 69% of the company’s employees say it’s a great place to work, and 87% say they feel like they make a difference. Also, 85% say that when they look at what they’ve accomplished, they feel pride.
In terms of management, 84% say they can take time off when necessary, and 80% believe management would only lay off employees as a last resort.
Finally, 80% of HLSG employees indicated on the survey that when an employee joins the company, they are made to feel welcomed.
The company says the certification demonstrates its strong commitment to making the employee experience a priority. The certification also highlights employee satisfaction on their role within the company reinforcing HLSG as a place for employees to succeed in their careers.
