HLAC Recertifies Miller’s Textile Services Accreditation

WAPAKONETA, OHIO – Miller’s Textile Services reports that its Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) accreditation has been recertified by the organization.

The voluntary accreditation coincides with its ongoing initiative to become the “best independent single plant textile rental services company in the United States,” according to the company.

“We work tirelessly to give our customers peace of mind to know their supplier is meeting the highest standards in processing healthcare textiles,” says company President Robert Hager.

“The customers we serve across Ohio, Indiana and surrounding areas prefer to work with vendors who have accreditation,” adds Hager. “Going through this accreditation process shows we are committed not only to the success of our company, but also to the success of the companies we serve.”

The primary benefit of accreditation is that an independent third party has inspected your facility and found that it meets or exceeds the highest standards for processing healthcare textiles, the company says.

HLAC is a non-profit organization that inspects and accredits laundries processing healthcare textiles for facilities such as hospitals, clinics and nursing homes.
