COLUMBUS, Ohio — Future PolyTech, which specializes in protective films and bags, and ALNI Ltd., a provider of customized products and distribution programs, have merged under the name Future PolyTech, reports President and CEO Tony Durieux.
Terms of the merger were not disclosed.

Future PolyTech’s manufacturing offering includes machine, identification and extended environmental exposure applications, as well as a full complement of shrink films and general-purpose packaging solutions.
