KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — ImageFIRST, a provider of linen and laundry services for the healthcare industry, reports that its brand Faultless Healthcare Linen, An ImageFIRST Company, will be renamed and rebranded to ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, matching the corporate logo and brand.
This comes after the acquisition of Faultless Healthcare Linen in May 2019.
Faultless Healthcare Linen has locations in St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas City, Kansas, and was founded in 1896.
In 2019, the acquisition of a majority stake in Faultless was completed with the support of Calera Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm.
The company says that since the acquisition, various actions have been taken to ensure the business aligns fully with ImageFIRST standards and processes. All employees were retained throughout this transaction and transition period.
Existing Faultless Healthcare Linen customers will now be serviced exclusively under the ImageFIRST brand.
