WAYNE, Pa. — Crothall Services Group has completed an acquisition of Englewood, Colo.-based Medi-Dyn, a provider of healthcare support services. Through the acquisition, Medi-Dyn becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Crothall Services Group.
“This acquisition will benefit our organization immensely, through access to Medi-Dyn’s impressive depth of management talent, as well as its successful recruiting and training processes,” says Bobby Kutteh, Crothall president and chief executive officer. “It also opens up new vertical sales opportunities to Medi-Dyn’s strong existing customer base.”
The acquisition increases Crothall’s market share, adding 58 healthcare contracts in 17 states in environmental services, laundry management and patient transportation. The move also solidifies Crothall’s market leadership position and strengthens the company’s presence in Texas and the western United States, the company reports.
The two companies’ operational synergies, management excellence and client-focused service will make the transition seamless for customers, Crothall says. The operational structure of Medi-Dyn will remain intact, operating under the Medi-Dyn name, as it continues to serve its clients with its present leadership and management.
“I am confident that our customers will gain the most from this decision, which will bring a wealth of opportunities through Crothall’s breadth of resources, especially in the service lines we could not offer until now,” says Scott Brown, Medi-Dyn president and chief executive officer.
