Cintas Acquires Van Dyne Crotty's Uniform Rental, First-Aid Supply Businesses

CINCINNATI — Cintas Corp. has acquired the uniform rental and first-aid supply businesses of privately held Van Dyne Crotty, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, for an undisclosed amount, Cintas announced Friday.
The acquisition includes 25 Van Dyne Crotty operations — 20 uniform rental operations and five operations under the name Select First Aid. It doesn't include Van Dyne Crotty's Ritz Safety division, which will continue to operate as an independent company.
Van Dyne Crotty did not disclose its revenue, and terms of the acquisition also were not disclosed.
