AuroraChem, CHT R. Beitlich Merge to Enter North American Market

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — AuroraChem of Brookville, Md., and CHT R. Beitlich Corp. of Charlotte, N.C., have merged their laundry chemical businesses into one operation based in Charlotte, N.C.
AuroraChem has been marketing laundry chemicals for industrial, healthcare and hospitality since 2004. It specializes in “green” products such as its “dry-to-liquid” system for cleaning linen.
CHT R. Betilich Corp. is a global supplier of textile and laundry chemicals with operations in more than 50 countries. CHT recently entered the U.S. market for laundry chemicals, and this merger significantly increases its presence in the North American market, the company says.
CHT USA has full manufacturing and laboratory capabilities in Charlotte, including warehousing and distribution to all of North America.
“This merger combines the excellent industry knowledge and experience of AuroraChem with the global capabilities of CHT, which we believe will bring added value to all laundry customers in terms of excellent technical service, state-of-the-art dosaging equipment and a complete ‘green’ product line,” says Ted Dickson, chief executive officer of CHT USA.
