LAKELAND, Fla. — ARCO/Murray reports it recently completed an 86,500-square-foot healthcare laundry build-out for Crown Health Care located here.
The project was a complete design-build solution including architectural and engineering design, permitting, building modifications, process piping and electrical work.
In order to open the new plant ahead of schedule, ARCO/Murray says both the design time and construction schedule were compressed cutting the overall project duration by a month.
The construction company says the entire laundry equipment package was provided by Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Co. and included Milnor washroom equipment, Chicago finishing equipment, Kemco water systems and Softrol rail.
This was ARCO/Murray’s first project with Crown Health Care. Max Potvin served as project manager, and Glenn Broome was the project superintendent.
