ARCO/Murray Completes Build-Out for HandCraft Linen Services

Project includes design, building modifications and equipment connections

RICHMOND, Va. — ARCO/Murray reports it recently completed a 56,000-square-foot laundry build-out for HandCraft Linen Services. The facility serves the local and regional healthcare market here.

The project scope of work included architectural and engineering design, permitting, building modifications, electrical distribution, process piping, and final equipment connections, says ARCO/Murray, a design/build firm headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Downers Grove, Ill.

The project also included a 10,000-square-foot mezzanine and 8,500-square-foot office, according to the company. Equipment was furnished by Kannegiesser, E-Tech, Metalprogetti and Peak Logix.

ARCO/Murray’s Brett Garrett was project manager and Elliot Mata served as project executive.
