BURBANK, Calif. — ARAMARK Uniform Services has acquired Overall Laundry Services, an Everett, Wash.-based company that provides customers with uniform rentals, leases and sales, as well as related merchandise programs, according to ARAMARK. Terms were not disclosed in the announcement.
The acquisition, completed earlier this month, includes Overall’s nine facility locations across the Pacific Northwest and its main operations in Everett.
“Like ARAMARK, Overall Laundry Services has long been admired for its superior customer service and product quality,” says Brad Drummond, president of ARAMARK Uniform Services. “This acquisition further strengthens ARAMARK’s ability to deliver a high level of customer care to businesses within the Pacific Northwest, and should be transparent to our customers.”
Overall Laundry Services has been a family-owned business since 1920, when Howard F. Keller started Overall Cleaning and Supply Co. in Seattle. “We have vastly expanded our services over the years and believe ARAMARK will provide the same quality and service that our customers have valued for more than 80 years,” says Travis Keeler, Overall Laundry Services’ former president. “Like us, ARAMARK is committed to providing excellent customer-driven service and products.”
Overall’s website lists service locations in Bellingham, Everett, Seattle, Spokane, Richland and Tacoma, Wash., and in Corvallis and Portland, Ore.
