MINNEAPOLIS — AmeriPride Services Inc., a supplier of linen and uniform rental services, has unveiled a new cleaning chemicals management program available to all existing and prospective customers in the United States and Canada.
AmeriPride is now offering businesses cleaning products and supplies, “helping save time and money by consolidating services and reducing product stored on premise,” the company says.
“The company already delivers linen, uniforms, floor mats, restroom products and other facilities services to its customers on a regular schedule,” says President and CEO Bill Evans. “Expanding into cleaning chemicals is a natural extension for the business and a strong addition to our portfolio.”
The new product offerings are based on customer needs and market research, the company says. The cleaning chemicals management program includes a variety of cleaning products, including all-purpose cleaners, multipurpose disinfectants, glass and surface cleaners, hard-surface sanitizers, pots and pans detergents, heavy-duty degreasers, and sink sanitizers.
“Cleaning chemicals are available in three product offerings, including Ultra Concentrates used in dispensing systems; Concentrates that are mixed on-site and used in spray bottles, mop buckets and auto scrubbers; and Portion Packs that are precisely measured for dilution in 32-ounce spray bottles,” the company says.
AmeriPride reached out to Custom Chemical Solutions, a division of Washing Systems, a chemistry supplier to the commercial laundry industry, as a “strategic partner” in the venture.
“We’ve always taken a customer-centric approach and we’re always looking for ways to provide additional value to our customers,” says Evans. “By helping reduce costs and streamline processes, we are deepening relationships with customers while fueling growth for the company.”
