Chicago Dryer Company is looking for an individual to join our in-house technical support and service team at our office and factory in the west Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. We are the oldest flatwork finishing manufacturer in the world and still manufacture everything locally in Chicago. We are looking for a team member who will work in-house to assist end users and distributors by phone with troubleshooting and repairing gas and steam heating systems, electronic controls, and electric/mechanical drives.
Training is provided and excellent written and verbal skills are required for this long-term position.
